(2)through (6), respectively; by inserting before paragraph (2), as so redesignated, the following: Legislative and regulatory requirements and program management for new directors of programs funded under this chapter. ; in paragraph (2), as redesignated, by inserting for continuing directors and staff of programs after operation of programs ; and in paragraph (4), as redesignated, by striking model programs and inserting innovations .
