Section 402E of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1070a–15 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(2)— by striking summer ; and by inserting or faculty-led research experiences before the semicolon; in subsection (d)(4)— by striking summer ; and by inserting or faculty-led experiences who have stipends after internships ; and in subsection (f)(1), by striking $2,800 and inserting $4,000 .
