Section 2101(a) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6611(a) ) is amended at the end by inserting the following new paragraph: one-half of one percent for Tribes that administer education savings account programs under section 1141 of part B of title XI of the Education Amendments of 1978 ( 25 U.S.C. 2000 et seq.). .
