Subsection
(r)of section 484 ( 20 U.S.C. 1091(r) ) is repealed. Subsection
(k)of section 485 ( 20 U.S.C. 1092 ) is repealed. Section 483 ( 20 U.S.C. 1090 ), as amended by title II, is further amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary may not include on the forms developed under this subsection any data items relating to whether an applicant has a conviction of any offense under any Federal or State law involving the possession or sale of a controlled substance (as defined in section 102(6) of the Controlled Substances Act ( 21 U.S.C. 802(6) ). .
