The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with other relevant departments and agencies, shall submit to Congress a report that contains— an identification of any existing fossil fuel production subsidies not eliminated by this Act, or the amendments made by this Act; and a quantification of the economic costs of such subsidies.
