In this Act: The terms Administration and Administrator mean, respectively, the Small Business Administration and the Administrator thereof. The terms SCORE Association and SCORE program have the meaning given those terms, respectively, under section 8(c)(1) of the Small Business Act, as added by section 2 of this Act.
