Section 1890(d)(2) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395aaa(d)(2) ) is amended— in the first sentence— by striking and $7,500,000 and inserting $7,500,000 ; and by inserting before the period at the end the following: , and $1,069,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2019, and ending on November 21, 2019 ; and in the third sentence, by inserting and for the period beginning on October 1, 2019, and ending on November 21, 2019, after 2019 .
