Amounts made available by section 101 to the Department of Health and Human Services for Centers for Disease Control and Prevention—Public Health Preparedness and Response and Office of the Secretary—Public Health and Social Services Emergency Fund may be obligated in the account and budget structure, and under the authorities and conditions, set forth in H.R. 2740, as passed by the U.S. House of Representatives on June 19, 2019.
