Section 102 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3002 ), as amended by section 114, is amended— in paragraph (14)— in paragraph
(M)by striking

(M), by redesignating subparagraphs
(H)through
(M)as subparagraphs
(I)through (N), respectively, by inserting after subparagraph
(G)the following: screening for fall-related traumatic brain injury, coordination of treatment, rehabilitation and related services, and referral services; , and by adding at the end the following: The term traumatic brain injury has the meaning given to it in section 339B(d) of the Public Health Service Act. . Section 321(a)(8) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C.3030d(a)(8)) is amended to read as follows: services designed to provide health screening (including mental and behavioral health screening, screening for social isolation and loneliness, falls prevention services screening and traumatic brain injury screening) to detect or prevent (or both) illnesses and injuries that occur most frequently in older individuals; . Section 411(a)(12) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3032(a)(12) ) is amended to read as follows: building public awareness of cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's disease and related disorders with neurological and organic brain dysfunction, depression, mental health disorders, and traumatic brain injury; .
