Section 712(a)(5) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3058g(a)(5) ) is amended— by redesignating subparagraph
(D)as subparagraph (E); and by inserting after subparagraph
(C)the following: An individual designated as a volunteer ombudsman representative may receive financial support and recognition from the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program for expenses incurred during service. .
