Section 102 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3002 ), as amended by section 113, is amended— in paragraph (14)— in paragraph
(M)by striking
(L)and inserting
(M); by redesignating subparagraphs
(H)through
(M)as subparagraphs
(I)through (N), respectively; and by inserting after subparagraph
(G)the following: screening for fall-related traumatic brain injury; coordination of treatment, rehabilitation, and related services; and referral services; ; and by adding at the end the following: The term traumatic brain injury has the meaning given to it in section 339B(d) of the Public Health Service Act. . Section 321(a)(8) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C.3030d(a)(8)) is amended— by striking screening and and inserting screening, screening for negative health effects associated with social isolation, ; and by striking screening) and inserting screening, and traumatic brain injury screening) . Section 411(a)(12) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3032(a)(12) ) is amended— by inserting dementia, after dysfunction, ; by striking and the 2d place it appears; and by inserting and traumatic brain injury before the semicolon at the end.
