Section 202 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3012 ), as amended by sections 103 and 115, is amended by adding at the end the following: The Assistant Secretary shall, directly or by grant or contract, operate the National Resource Center for Women and Retirement (in this subsection referred to as the Center ). The Center shall— provide basic financial management, retirement planning, and other educational tools that promote financial wellness and help to identify and prevent fraud and elder exploitation, and integrate these with information on health and long-term care; annually disseminate a summary of outreach provided, including work to provide user-friendly consumer information and public education materials; develop targeted outreach strategies; provide technical assistance to State agencies and to other public and nonprofit private agencies and organizations; and develop partnerships and collaborations to address program objectives. .
