The Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 2011 et seq.) is amended— in section 102(14)(B) by inserting (including screening for malnutrition) before the semicolon at the end; and in section 330(1) by striking and food insecurity and inserting , food insecurity, and malnutrition .
