The Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 2011 et seq.) is amended— in section 102(14)(B) by inserting (including screening for malnutrition) before the semicolon at the end, and in section 330(1) by striking and food insecurity and inserting , food insecurity, and malnutrition .
