Section 202(b)(9) ( 42 U.S.C. 3012(b)(9) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking and after the semicolon at the end; in subparagraph (B), as amended by section 117(a)(2), by inserting and after the semicolon at the end; and by adding at the end the following: activities for increasing business acumen, capacity building, organizational development, innovation, and other methods of growing and sustaining the capacity of the aging network to serve older individuals and caregivers most effectively; .
Section 306 ( 42 U.S.C. 3026 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Nothing in this Act shall restrict an area agency on aging from providing services not provided or authorized by this Act, including through— contracts with health care payers; consumer private pay programs; or other arrangements with entities or individuals that increase the availability of home- and community-based services and supports. . Section 307(a) ( 42 U.S.C. 3027(a) ) is amended— by striking paragraph (26); and by redesignating paragraphs
