Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Labor, in consultation with the Secretary of the Interior, shall establish a dislocated worker demonstration project under section 169(c) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3224(c) ) to assist communities impacted by the electric generating station owned in part by the Department.
