The Secretary of the Interior shall— conduct a review of the National Petroleum Reserve–Alaska Final Integrated Activity Plan/Environmental Impact Statement, for which notice of availability was published in the Federal Register on December 28, 2012 (77 Fed. Reg. 76515), to determine which lands within the National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska should be made available for oil and gas leasing; and make available the lands described in paragraph
(1)for oil and gas leasing.
