Section 106(b) of Public Law 103–159 ( 34 U.S.C. 40302 ) is amended— in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking Fix NICS Act of 2018 and inserting Safer Communities Act of 2019 ; and by striking paragraph
(2)and inserting the following: There are authorized to be appropriated for grants under this subsection $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 though 2024. .
