The Secretary of State shall submit to the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate not later than 30 days after the conclusion of each round of negotiations relating to the Afghan peace process an unclassified report, which may contain a classified annex, relating to the peace process. The report required by subsection
(a)shall include information, in accordance with the requirements of the Women, Peace, and Security Act of 2017 ( Public Law 115–68 ), on— the participation of Afghan women and the protection of their rights and gains; the actions of the Department of State and other relevant Federal departments and agencies to advance the priorities described in section 3, including United States efforts to consult with and train local women-led civil society organizations and to advocate for their inclusion and participation in national, provincial, and community-level peacebuilding, conflict prevention, and post-conflict reconciliation.
