The Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000 ( 16 U.S.C. 7101 et seq.) is amended— in section 101, by striking 2015, 2017, and 2018 both places it appears and inserting 2020 ; in section 102(b)(2)(B), by striking 2015 and for fiscal years 2017 and 2018 and inserting 2020 ; and in section 103(d)(2), by striking and for fiscal years 2017 and 2018 and inserting fiscal year 2020 . Section 3(11) of the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000 ( 16 U.S.C. 7102(11) ) is amended— by striking and at the end of subparagraph (D); in subparagraph (E)— by striking and each fiscal year thereafter and insert and fiscal year 2019 ; and by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: $405,000,000 for fiscal year 2020. .
