The Secretary of Homeland Security, acting through the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement shall expand collaborative programs involving Homeland Security Investigations that are aimed at investigating and prosecuting human smugglers and traffickers targeting Central American children and families and operating at the southern border of the United States, including the continuation and expansion of antitrafficking coordination teams.
