Section 603 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681a ), as amended by section 201(a), is further amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The terms private education loan and private educational lender have the meanings given such terms, respectively, in section 140(a) of the Truth in Lending Act. .
