Section 611 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i ), as amended by section 105(a)(2), is further amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: Upon receiving a notice described in section 623(a)(8)(E)(iv), each consumer reporting agency shall send to the consumer a revised consumer report and credit score or education credit score (if applicable) based upon the consumer’s file as that file was changed as a result of the investigation. .
