Section 605(d) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c(d) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Any consumer reporting agency that furnishes a consumer report that contains public record data shall also include in such report the source from which that data was obtained, including the particular court, if any, and the date that the data was initially reported or publicized. .
