There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this Act— $270,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; $283,500,000 for fiscal year 2021; $297,675,000 for fiscal year 2022; $312,558,750 for fiscal year 2023; and $328,186,688 for fiscal year 2024.
