The Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security shall expand collaboration on the investigation and prosecution of human smuggling networks and trafficking organizations targeting Central American families and unaccompanied children and operating at the southwestern border of the United States, including the continuation and expansion of anti-trafficking coordination teams.
