The Secretary of Homeland Security shall implement an informational campaign, in English and Spanish, in the United States, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras to increase awareness of the provisions of this title. Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall establish a case status hotline providing confidential processing information on pending cases.
