Subsection
(a)of section 379 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 274k ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The Secretary shall convene the Advisory Council at least two times each calendar year. . Section 379B of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 274m ) is amended by striking $33,000,000 for fiscal year 2015 and $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2020 and inserting $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2024 .
