Nothing in this Act, or the amendments made by this Act, shall be construed to contradict chapter 113B of title 18, United States Code, including with respect to— section 2332b (relating to acts of terrorism transcending national boundaries); section 2339 (relating to harboring or concealing terrorists); and section 2339A (relating to providing material support to terrorists).
