The Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct an analysis of the following: The feasibility of requiring the use of paper ballots in elections for Federal office on a nationwide basis. The impacts with respect to accessibility for individuals with disabilities of requiring the use of paper ballots in elections for Federal office. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General shall submit to Congress a report on the analysis conducted under subsection (a).
