Section 4904 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by striking 43,000 for fiscal year 2018 and 44,500 for fiscal year 2019 and inserting 44,500 for each of fiscal years 2020 and 2021 ; and in subsection (b), by striking fiscal years 2018 and 2019 and inserting fiscal years 2020 and 2021 .
