The State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 is amended— in section 401(c) ( 22 U.S.C. 4351(c) ), by striking 30 and inserting 25 ; in section 402(a)(2) ( 22 U.S.C. 4352(a)(2) ), by striking 26 and inserting 20 ; and in section 404 ( 22 U.S.C. 4354 )— in subsection (a)(1), by striking 30 and inserting 25 ; and in subsection (c)(1)(C), by striking 30 and inserting 25 .
