(2)of section 1(b) of the Passport Act of June 4, 1920 ( 22 U.S.C. 214(b) ) is amended by striking not and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting the following: be exercised beginning on the date of the enactment of the Department of State Authorization Act of 2019. .
