Beginning not later than 10 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Office of Management and Budget shall provide to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate each document apportioning an appropriation, pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 1512 , approved by the Office of Management and Budget, including any associated footnotes, on the date of approval of such apportionment by the Office of Management and Budget, until the requirements of paragraph
(b)are completed. Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Office of Management and Budget shall complete implementation of an automated system to post each document apportioning an appropriation, pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 1512 , including any associated footnotes, on a publicly accessible website in a machine readable format, on the date of approval of such form by the Office of Management and Budget, and shall place on such website each document apportioning an appropriation, pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 1512 , including any associated footnotes, already approved by the Office of Management and Budget in fiscal year 2020, and shall report the date of completion of such requirements to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate. Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and each month thereafter during fiscal year 2020 and each subsequent fiscal year, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall provide to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate a report containing the bureau, account name, appropriation name, and Treasury account fund symbol of each document requesting apportionment of an appropriation, pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 1512 , that has not been approved by the Office of Management and Budget and that an agency initially submitted to Office of Management and Budget 30 days or more prior to the date of the report.
