Section 3(c)(2)(G) of the District of Columbia College Access Act of 1999 (sec. 38–2702(c)(2)(G), D.C. Official Code), as amended by section 817 of the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2019 (division D of Public Law 116–6 ), is amended— by striking $750,000. and inserting the following: ;
(iii)for individuals who begin an undergraduate course of study in or after school year 2019–2020 but before school year 2020–2021, is from a family with a taxable annual income of less than $500,000; and
(iv)for individuals who begin an undergraduate course of study in or after school year 2020–2021, is from a family with a taxable income of less than $750,000. ; by striking Beginning with school year 2017–2018, the Mayor shall adjust the amounts in clauses
(i)and
(ii)and inserting The Mayor shall adjust the amounts in this subparagraph ; and by striking the Department of Labor the first place it appears and all that follows and inserting the following: the Department of Labor, beginning with school year 2017–2018 in the case of the amounts in clauses
(i)and (ii), beginning with school year 2020–2021 in the case of the amount in clause (iii), and beginning with school year 2021–2022 in the case of the amount in clause (iv). .
