Section 10(b)(1)(C) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 ( 42 U.S.C. 1779(b)(1)(C) ) is amended— in clause (i), by striking and at the end; in clause (ii), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: ensure that the nutrition standards under this paragraph allow any food that may be served as part of a reimbursable meal under the school lunch program under Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1751 et seq.) or the school breakfast program under section 4 of this Act to be sold in schools as described in subparagraph (B). .
