Section 363(b)(3)(C) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 15922(b)(3)(C) ) is amended to read as follows: adequately protective of the resource for which the stipulations are applied; . Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture shall revise the memorandum of understanding under section 363(b)(3)(C) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 15922 ) in accordance with the amendment made by subsection (a).
