Section 17(a) of the Mineral Leasing Act ( 30 U.S.C. 226(a) ), as amended by sections 2, 5, and 6 of this Act, is further amended by adding at the end the following: For each lease under this section, the Secretary shall make available on a public website— the identity of— each person who is or has been a lessee under the lease; and each person who is or has been an operator under the lease; notice of each transfer of the lease; and notice of each suspension of operations, each suspension of production, and each suspension of operations and production. .
