Subsection
(f)of section 100216 of the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012 ( 42 U.S.C. 4101(b) ) is amended by striking $400,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2013 through 2017 and inserting $500,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 .
