Section 1307 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 ( 42 U.S.C. 4014 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: In determining affordability for insurance provided under this title, the Administrator may consider, where appropriate, the impact of the inclusion of the replacement cost or other settlement basis of the structure. .
