The following are repealed: Section 352 of the National Highway System Designation Act of 1995 ( Public Law 104–59 , 109 Stat. 568). Section 324 of the Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1986 ( Public Law 99–190 ; 99 Stat. 1288). Section 325 of the Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1996 ( Public Law 104–50 ; 109 Stat. 456). Notwithstanding any other provision of law, tolls collected for motor vehicles on any bridge connecting the boroughs of Brooklyn, New York, and Staten Island, New York, shall be collected for any such vehicles exiting from such bridge in both Staten Island and Brooklyn.
