Section 1310 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 ( 42 U.S.C. 4017 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: Funds collected pursuant to section 1310A may be credited to the Fund under this section to be available for the purpose described in subsection (d)(1). .
