There is appropriated, for salaries and expenses of the Farm Service Agency to carry out section 1621 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 8792 ), $1,996,000, to be derived from a reduction of $2,000,000 in the amount provided in this Act for the item for Office of the Secretary and “Office of the Secretary—Office of Communications”.
