Of the funds made available for fiscal year 2019 under the heading “Department of Veterans Affairs—Departmental Administration—Veterans Electronic Health Record” in title II of division C of the Energy and Water, Legislative Branch, and Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act, 2019 ( Public Law 115–244 ), $70,000,000 is hereby rescinded.
