There is hereby appropriated $463,000,000 (increased by $55,000,000), to remain available until expended, for an additional amount for section 779 of Public Law 115–141 . Section 313 of the Rural Electrification Act of 1936, as amended ( 7 U.S.C. 940c ), shall be applied for fiscal year 2019 and each fiscal year thereafter until the specified funding has been expended as if the following were inserted after the final period in subsection (b)(2): In addition, the Secretary shall use $87,000,000 of funds available in this subaccount in fiscal year 2020 for an additional amount for the same purpose and under the same terms and conditions as funds appropriated by section 779 of Public Law 115–141 : , That prior to any use of such funds, the Secretary shall provide written notification to the Committees on Appropriations of both Houses of Congress at least 30 days in advance.
