Not later than April 1, 2020, and each April 1 thereafter, the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture shall submit to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate prioritized and detailed lists of federal land acquisition projects, and Forest Legacy projects, which could be executed within the three fiscal years beginning with the fiscal year after the date upon which the lists are submitted. The federal land acquisition project lists required by subsection
(a)shall include projects for the National Park Service, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, the Bureau of Land Management, and the United States Forest Service, including recreational public access projects as required by 54 U.S.C. 200306 , and shall total for each agency no less than 150 percent of the amount enacted for that agency for the previous fiscal year.
