Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Attorney General shall submit to Congress a report that— details the progress of the implementation of the Ashanti Alert Act of 2018 ( Public Law 115–401 ; 132 Stat. 5336) and the amendments made by that Act; and establishes a deadline for full implementation of that Act and the amendments made by that Act, which shall be not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
