Section 1860D–14(a) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395w–114(a) ), as amended by sections 301(d) and 401, is further amended— in the subsection heading, by striking and all that follows through individuals and inserting line ; certain individuals in paragraph (1)— by striking the paragraph heading and inserting ; and Individuals with certain low incomes in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting (or, with respect to a plan year beginning on or after January 1, 2022, 150 percent) after 135 percent ; in paragraph (2)— by striking the paragraph heading and inserting ; and Other low-income individuals in subparagraph (A)— by inserting (or, with respect to a plan year beginning on or after January 1, 2022, 150 percent) after 135 percent ; and by inserting (or, with respect to a plan year beginning on or after January 1, 2022, 200 percent) after 150 percent ; and in paragraph (3)(A)(ii), by inserting (or, with respect to a plan year beginning on or after January 1, 2022, 200 percent) after 150 percent .
