Section 10503 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254b–2 ) is amended by striking subsection
(c)and inserting the following: There is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the CHC Fund— to be transferred to the Secretary of Health and Human Services to provide additional enhanced funding for the community health center program under section 330 of the Public Health Service Act, $1,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025; and to be transferred to the Secretary of Health and Human Services for capital projects of the community health center program under section 330 of the Public Health Service Act, $5,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2021 through 2025. .
