Section 1003(h) of the 21st Century Cures Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290ee–3 note) is amended by striking $500,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2021 and inserting $500,000,000 for fiscal years 2019 and $3,750,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2023 .
